Individual counseling (50m) – $190
Payment for services
Payment is expected prior to each individual counseling session and appointments require a payment card on file. Cancellation and rescheduling needs to occur at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the full fee will be charged. Accepted forms of payment include credit, debit, HSA and FSA cards.
Do you accept insurance?
I’m currently only paneled with Lyra Health. If you don’t have Lyra Health benefits, you will be responsible for direct payment of each individual counseling session to me. Please inquire with your health plan if you qualify for reimbursement for paying out of pocket and I can provide you with a “super bill” or receipt for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Your insurance coverage
Your health plan should provide you a “summary of benefits” annually where you can find out information about your mental health benefits, including maximum out-of-pocket prior to insurance reimbursement, number of counseling sessions covered, and reimbursement for an out-of-network provider.
