Individual counseling sessions are conducted in-person or virtually through telehealth (secure and HIPAA compliant online video). Virtual telehealth provides you the privacy in the comfort of your environment, while maximizing our availability.
My therapy style is strength-based, you-centered, and motivational interviewing guided. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is built on safety from judgment, mutual trust, and open curiosity. With that foundation, talk therapy also involves selecting the strongest evidence-based intervention(s) that fit your personal and cultural framework. As a clinician, I strive to meet you where you are in your stage of distress and prepare you with the right clinical tools to optimally achieve your goals.
